My Story
Before I started Scentsy I was VERY against selling ANYTHING. Many of my friends had approached me to sell every product you can pretty much imagine; face creams, makeup, weight loss wraps, supplements, etc. etc. and I always turned them down. In 2016 we were told for tax purposes it would be a good idea for me to start my own business. I had just bought a Scentsy warmer from a friend so I thought, I can just do that because I love the products! At the time, I had a 7 year old, a 9 month old, and I was 3 months pregnant. I had NO IDEA how I was going to have time to work on my own business. The first year was slow for me. I wasn't able to put in the effort that I knew I was capable of because I was SO exhausted. Despite everything, I still found time to work on what I could at my own pace and found success. I am now a stay home mom that helps provide an extra income for our family. I feel I have some of my self identity back. I found something for ME that brings joy, beauty, and happiness to my family, and everyone I share Scentsy with. I have made so many friends along my journey as well which was also something I was missing in my life because I was never leaving my house!
